Snyder Realty Group was founded by Loren Snyder in 1989. Loren earned an engineering degree from Colorado State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Stanford University, completing his studies in 1979. Loren worked as a mechanical engineer until the late 1980s, when he began a career in commercial property investment and development. As a Colorado native who grew up on a family farm in La Junta, Loren prioritized projects that provided affordable housing for local families. For over 30 years, he invested in, built, and improved several large-scale multi-family properties, as well as millions of square feet of commercial office and industrial properties. When Loren passed away in 2021, his family continued the business in accordance with his wishes.
